Troy's Cinama IV has undergone many changes since the change in ownership. They hav redecorated and currently have a much better selection of snakes and drinks. The people are friendly and they honestly make you feel like your a good friend and will not hold in a joke or two (mostly at there own expence). No the new and improved Cinama IV is a nice place to go and have a little bit of fun.
